I've to say I was seriously impressed by this set when i initially saw it getting demoed. I appreciate 3d but have never ever wanted to own a set for the reason that the active shutter 3d makes me dizzy and sick after about 10 minutes of watching it. The passive 3d offered by this system is great. No sickness, small to no eye strain and a good 3d image. Persons have complained that the way the 3d is developed halves the resolution, this really is not noticeable at all with 3d blu-ray. I did notice lining within the image when i was extremely close towards the tv, closer than I would would like to sit comfortably. 1 complaint I've, although it is a small one, is that 3d gaming is noticeably lower in resolution. I've only tried this with one game(killzone three) and only with this 3d format so cant definitely compare weither the other 3d format(active shutter) offered would be far better for (Read More...)
